Orders process and ship Monday - Thursday, excluding holidays.

Non-engraved orders will be scheduled for shipment within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays.

Engraved orders will be scheduled for shipment within 3-7 business days, excluding holidays.

• For engraved orders of 100 or more pens, please contact weborders@spacepen.com for processing time.

• For orders of $5000 or more, please contact weborders@spacepen.com for assistance.

Please note: An order of non-engraved items included in an order of engraved pens puts the entire order into engraved order processing time.

Shipping timeframes begin once your order ships. (For example, an order shipped on Monday with 2-Day shipping should arrive on Wednesday.)

Once your order is processed for shipment, you’ll receive an automated email with tracking info.

Fisher Space Pen assumes no responsibility for delays, loss, or theft once your package leaves our facility.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a minimum $5.95 reshipment fee will apply.

APO, FPO & DPO Orders:

Orders to APO, FPO, & DPO may only be shipped via USPS.

Transit times to Military APO/FPO/DPO will vary depending on operational conditions and the unit of the addressee.

Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories:

Orders to US Territories may only be shipped via USPS.

The timeliness of service to destinations outside the contiguous U.S. may be affected by the limited availability of transportation.

The general time standard is typically 2-9 days in the 48 contiguous states; please allow extra time for delivery to AK, HI, PR, and other US Territories.

Receipt:

An order confirmation/receipt will be emailed to you. If you have not received your confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder.

Shipping Notice and Tracking Number:

A tracking number will be provided within your shipping notification email. If you have not received your shipping email, please check your spam/junk folder.

Changes to Orders:

Once you have submitted your order, we are unable to make any adjustments, edits, additions, deletions, or other changes to the order. If a change is needed, your order will be canceled, and you will need to place a new order.

Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled if your product has not been engraved, embossed, or shipped.

Please contact weborders@spacepen.com should you need to cancel.

Canceled orders will receive email confirmation.

Returns and Exchanges:

All sales are final.

Fisher Space Pen does not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or trades.

All Fisher Space Pens are covered by a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects.

Sales Tax:

Appropriate sales tax will be charged according to applicable state laws.

Promotion Codes, Coupons and Special Offers:

Coupon codes, discounts, and promotions are not applicable to the following items: 400, 400B, 400BCL, 400CL, AG7 (all variations), Closeouts, and Breast Cancer Donation.

Coupon codes, discounts, and promotions are not valid on previously purchased merchandise, merchandise purchased through third parties, customization (ink change, added clip, engraving, note card, gift wrap), taxes, or shipping, and there is no cash value. You are required to pay any applicable sales tax related to the use of the offer.

Limit one (1) offer per order. Coupon codes, discounts, and promotions may not be combined with other offers or promotions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, impose conditions on, or cancel offers at any time without notice.

We do not honor claims, specials, discounts, sales, or codes made by any other website, retailer, or distributor. We do not offer price matching.

We are not obligated to provide any specials or bonus products offered due to a typographical error.
